Facility Details
Gazebo is located on the West Lawn of the Irondequoit Town Hall campus.
You are responsible for your own set-up and clean-up.
No access to power, tables and chairs, or restrooms.
Additional Documentation May be Required:
Certificate of Insurance: $1,000,000 Liability with the Town of Irondequoit listed as additional insured
Health Department Permit (required if preparing food on site)

Note:
The following items/activities are PROHIBITED:
Signs are not permitted on Town property, with the exception of “Event Name Here” signs, which must
not be attached to park signs and must be removed after the event to avoid additional charges.
The facility may not be used for personal gain, fundraisers, or ticketed events.
Amplified sound is NOT to be heard outside of the facility.
Pyrotechnics of any kind.
Food trucks are not permitted.
